Better Dads Club Community Brunch

A free*, casual meetup for dads in the Wellington area. No pressure, just a chance to sit down over some good food with men who want to talk, and know you're not the only one going through the tough stuff.

Each brunch centres around a theme, but the real value is in the room: sharing what's going on, hearing how other dads are handling the same challenges, and picking up a bit of wisdom you didn't expect to find.

It's free to attend and alcohol-free, no stigma, just good conversation. Lunch is your own shout, we're working on set-menu deals with local venues, so stay tuned. For now, just bring yourself.

How long does the whole process take?

There are 2, in person sessions in total. Each session will take about 60-75mins.

Your first is the assessment, where we check your foundations, review your health appraisal questionnaire (done in your won time prior to the assessment), and take you through a postural assessment and movement screen. I then go away and build your blueprint.

Your second session is where I walk you through it in person, hands-on, so you know exactly how to do the work.

What if I currently experience back pain?

The Core Trainer can complement your rehabilitation by helping retrain your nervous system to activate the deep stabilising muscles that support your spine.

Note: The Pelvic Pro cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your health professional first.

We strongly recommend working with a CHEK Practitioner, Physiotherapist, or experienced Personal Trainer for tailored support.

How do I access the online videos and companion course?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with instant access to your online companion course, QuickStart videos, and follow-along resources.

Can I use it without a Personal Trainer or Physiotherapist?

Yes — the Pelvic Pro Core Trainer is designed for easy, effective home use.

You can use it on your own, or alongside a PT, physio, or CHEK Practitioner.

The goal is to help you become self-reliant with your core activation.

Can I use this with my current exercise routine?

Absolutely. Deep core activation is the perfect way to finish any workout.

Use it after:

  • gym sessions
  • yoga
  • Pilates
  • cycling
  • walking
  • swimming

or any movement practice

It helps reinforce stability and improve movement quality across all forms of training.
