Is it safe for women postpartum?
Yes — the Pelvic Pro Core Trainer is gentle and progressive. Use only once your health provider has cleared you for exercise. It can support mothers to move with confidence at any stage of life.
What if I currently experience back pain?
The Core Trainer complements rehabilitation or movement training by helping to retrain the nervous system to engage deep core stabilisers. NOTE the Core Trainer cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your health professional first. We highly recommend engaging with a CHEK Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, or other exercise professional to anyone wanting to improve their physical well-being.
How do I access the online videos?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to our companion course and QuickStart resources.
Can I use it without a Personal Trainer?
Yes — it’s designed for home use and can also be used with guidance from your PT or physio. We highly recommend engaging with a CHEK Practitioner, Personal Trainer, or other exercise professional to anyone wanting to improve their physical well-being.
Can I use this with my current exercise routine?
Yes — Activating and strengthening your deep core stabilisers is a great way to end any exercise session that you may be already doing e.g. after a gym session, yoga class, bike ride etc.
